Customer Service Advisor

Closing Date: 13th June 2022

Salary: £19,500

Hours: 7.5 hours a day (Every 3 weeks for a week you will be required to work until 5pm)

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced role? Are you an excellent communicator? Do you always go the extra mile for customers? If so, this may be the role for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Customer Services Team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional levels of customer support and customer care via phone and email.
  • Providing customers with information which is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
  • Responsibility for front line communication with customers and resolving those issues escalating issues to the Customer Service Co-ordinator, the Operations Manager or other members of the management team as necessary.
  • Providing administrative and operational support.
  • Ensuring service levels are met within the supply chain, and in helping to identify potential improvements to that supply chain.
  • Taking full ownership of queries and following them through to a successful outcome.

Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are considered essential to the role
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to undertake various duties on a day to day basis – and to cover the duties of other members of the team on an as need basis.
  • Being trustworthy: if you say it, do it. This means building relationships via the phone, with the ability to change tone to suit the situation and audience.
  • Resilience: the attitude that challenges along the way only serve to make successes more rewarding.
  • Basic Microsoft office Skills
