SLA Information Book Award 2024

Now in its fourteenth year, the SLA Information Book Award supports school library staff to emphasise the importance of non-fiction by highlighting and celebrating the high standard of children’s information books published in the UK.

Information books are an important tool for nurturing pupils' curiosity and extending knowledge, as well as a way to encourage reading for pleasure, particularly for those readers who may be more inclined to pick up non-fiction.
