Working with you
Reading is at the heart of everything that we do. We'll work with you to create a library design that meets the unique needs of your visitors and inspires them to read for pleasure. We work in partnership with school and library staff at every step, from the design to the installation and fitting, as well as book supply if needed.

We're committed to reducing waste, and one way to keep our services more sustainable is to work with ethical, UK-based suppliers whose products are made to order. Our items are designed and crafted by some of the best people in the industry. Our bookshelves, reading dens, kinderboxes and seating feature customisable colour finishes and fabrics, so you receive a truly bespoke product every time.
Expertly designed
Excelling in multiple design disciplines, our interior designers have degrees in interior design and product design engineering, and regularly attend exhibitions to keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in library design. Their library and furniture designs reflect the requirements of teachers and librarians and the vision to create fulfilling learning zones where children can enjoy books, whatever their unique needs. We're used to working with tricky spaces and challenging budgets, including with SEN schools.

Helena Thornton-Hall
Senior Interior Designer
A graduate of Birmingham City University’s BA Hons in Interior Design, Helena’s final university project was selected as finalist in the Society of British and International Designs (SBID) student competition.
Helena has a passion for photography and graphics, and an interest in colour psychology and style trends – something that she often draws on to inform her designs for schools. She loves that her job gives the opportunity to help inspire young readers.
Jessica McCoy
Interior Design Manager
Since graduating with a first-class BA Hons in Fashion with professional enhancement, Jess has worked in a number of creative design roles with experience in accessories, graphics, Interior Design and arts and crafts.
Jess is passionate about design, understands the importance of attention to detail, enjoys a challenge, and seeks to create comfortable, efficient learning environments where children can feel relaxed, excited and ambitious about reading.
Isha Kainth
Furniture Manager
From checking designs to liaising with our furniture suppliers and managing our library installations, Isha oversees our projects from start to finish to ensure exemplary customer service.
Growing up in an Indian household where English wasn't her first language has made Isha determined to help children to succeed at school. She enjoys reading to her daughter every evening, especially books about unicorns and fairies.
