Illustrates the similarities and differences in a day-in-the-life of a Moroccan family and an Australian family
A two-in-one picture book that comprises two stories designed to be read simultaneously - one from the left, the other from the right. It lets you experience the lives of two little boys - one from an urban family in Sydney, Australia, the other from Morocco.
NOTE : Although the stories are told without words, there is an introductory text and an afterword which are written in both English and Arabic. The Moroccan story reads from right to left, and the two stories are designed to be read side by side. May require adult input.
The two stories are fairly well attached but may become unstuck over time.
NOTE: Winner of the English 4-11 Award 2011: Key Stage 1 Non-Fiction
