The Bailie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction

The Bailie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction  prize recognises and rewards the best of non-fiction and is open to authors of any nationality. It covers all non-fiction in the areas of current affairs, history, politics, science, sport, travel, biography, autobiography and the arts. The winning author will receive £50,000, with the other shortlisted authors receiving £5,000.
