Quarto and Peters donate free copies of This Book is Anti-Racist to secondary schools and libraries

Peters is joining forces with Frances Lincoln Children’s Group and Quarto to donate a free copy of This Book is Anti-Racist to secondary schools and libraries around the UK.

Launching today to mark Black History Month, the campaign aims to support schools to continue to empower and educate young people with the language to actively defy racism and create a community that truly honours everyone.

Quarto are proud to support anti-racism and are committed to reflecting diverse histories, stories and characters within the books they publish for readers of all ages. At Peters, we're dedicated to recommending and supplying books that reflect the cultural backgrounds of all children. 

A free copy of the book will be included with all Peters’ book deliveries to secondary schools and libraries during the coming months.

Teaching resources and posters linked to the book are also available to download here and on the Quarto website.
